One of our suppliers of chicken patties says they had changed from cooking on metal belts to Teflon Belts and say that it helps to comply with their customer's strict sanitary requirements. They also use less energy. Who would think that green and clean are good for business?

With today's economy manufacturers need to find ways to reduce their costs. I am glad your supplier is on the right track.
